2022 TVS iQube Electric Scooter Launched In India; Available In 3 Variants

TVS Motor Company has announced the launch of the new TVS iQube electric scooter series in three variants that come loaded with best-in-class on-road range and a personalised connected experience. The electric scooter has been launched in three variants - TVS iQube, iQube S and iQube ST. The variants differ in terms of range, storage, colours and connectivity features. Price starts at INR 98,564 (on-road, Delhi).

The new TVS iQube offers a host of intelligent connected features such as a 7” TFT touchscreen and clean UI, infinity theme personalisation, voice assist and TVS iQube Alexa skillset, intuitive music player control, OTA updates, fast charging with a plug-and-play carry along with charger, vehicle health and safety notifications, multiple Bluetooth and Cloud Connectivity options, 32 litre storage space, and much more.

The TVS iQube base and S version comes with TVS Motor designed battery specification of 3.4 kWh. On the other hand, the top-of-the-line ST version is powered by TVS Motor designed 5.1 kWh battery pack. The base and S model of the iQube come with a real-world range of 100km and have the same top speed of 78kmph while the top-of-the-line ST model gets a range of 140km and can go up to a speed of 82kmph.The 3 lithium-ion IP67-rated battery pack comes encased in high strength aluminium extrusion casing that makes it water and dust-resistant. The battery pack is covered by a 3-year/50,000 km warranty. Customers will be offered a choice of three off-board chargers depending on their needs - 650W, 950W and 1.5 kW.TVS claims that the new iQube has the best-in-class regen energy. There are also two modes on offer - Eco mode and Power mode.The base model gets a new full colour 5-inch TFT screen that has several customisation options. On the other hand, the mid and top-spec iQube S and iQube ST get a 7-inch TFT screen with a five-way joystick interaction.
